Katy Perry Awes with the One That Got Away

The sixth single from Katy Perry’s album “Teenage Dream” – The One That Got Away – is a bittersweet song about young teenage love, where Perry narrates to us her love story, how it went wrong and then got worse. We are introduced to an older version of Perry in silk clothes and perfect hair, who leads an unhappy life with money that cannot buy her happiness or bring her back to the time where she had no money but was carefree and passionate. But the story she remembers is not as sweet as she would like; her boyfriend was aggressive and we feel there was a constant rush of adrenaline – high emotions rolling all the time. Anger turned into rage, love into passion, sadness became depression The young woman she was is still there but locked up in the closet and the only time she lets her out is in bed, when there is no one around to pretend that everything is “fine” (quote from the video). She regrets her last fight and blames herself for the death of her lover and cannot help herself but going there and hope for another life. Finally, the video ends with a snippet of Johnny Cash singing “You are my sunshine” but there was never a happy ending to her story. I Took My Jackhammer Subwoofer to University with Me

I took my Jackhammer Subwoofer speaker to uni with me and now my student house has been officially called the place to have an amazing party. It provides such a clear sound with great bass and it goes so loud that it can literally shake the room and make people dance. I was so nervous about going to university but when I met the other people there I knew not to worry any more as if I just acted as myself I would find friends for life who I could always get on with. I am really loving my first year of uni and I hope the rest of my course is just as wonderful as this first step. I will not forget the friends I have made, or the parties that I have thrown and I know that the rest of my time here will be absolutely mind blowing.

Reading the Jamplay Reviews

My son loves music so much. He is only eleven, but he is so ambitious. He reads articles about famous guitarist, and he can sing so many of the classic songs that my husband loves by heart. He wants to learn guitar so badly! I think that he is ambitious even to learn on his own, so I read some Jamplay reviews to see if these lessons would work for him. The reviews I found seemed to really like it. He does not know it, but that is the present he will be opening in three weeks at his birthday party! It is so hard for me to keep the secret from him. After that, we will be going to the guitar shop to get him an acoustic guitar. I can just picture the surprised look on his face! I think I might be even more excited than he will be!
